If you receive a 403 error when you try to activate your license, that means that your server is blocking the connection with our server. The request never reaches api.ghostkit.io, so the license key cannot be checked and activation fails. The key itself is fine, and the fix is on the hosting side.
In this case, you have to contact your hosting company and ask them to allow the connection with api.ghostkit.io
