Ghost Kit settings live under Admin Menu → Ghost Kit, in five screens. They cover which blocks appear in the editor, which icon sets are loaded, site wide typography, the responsive breakpoints, and site wide CSS and JavaScript. Changes save as you make them, with no separate Save button.
