# How can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of a first purchase, through the contact form at [ghostkit.io/contact](https://www.ghostkit.io/contact/). Renewals and upgrades are not refundable.

The refund goes to the original payment method, usually within 24 hours, up to 5 business days depending on the bank. A refund ends the subscription, so Pro stops receiving updates and support.
